Project: New Washbay Construction – Above-Ground & Underground Trade Waste Works

Overview:

Washbay Specialists were engaged to deliver the full design, documentation, construction, and commissioning of the new trade waste system for the MKD Transcorp washbay. The project involved complete underground trade waste infrastructure, concrete demolition and reconstruction, hydraulic redesign, and full compliance management with Sydney Water and the Office of Fair Trading. Above-ground washbay items were to be supplied and installed by MKD Transcorp directly. Washbay Specialists managed all design, approvals, and the full delivery of concrete and underground components to create a compliant, durable and fully integrated washbay foundation.
